RETURNS
All sales are final. No refund will be issued. Woosh by Novex goods are exempt from being returned. We have a strict no return and no refund policy.
EXCHANGE
We will accept an exchange in case we made a mistake in your order. Examples of order mistakes: shipped wrong size, wrong color, wrong item, item damaged during the shipping.
To be eligible for an exchange, your order must comply with the following requirements:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- Order receipt or proof of purchase along with item photo must be emailed to: [email protected]
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until you receive an exchange confirmation email along with the return shipping label from us. Woosh by Novex will cover the shipping for an exchange.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then ship a replacement and provide you with the new tracking information.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
